Fees
With Road Law Barristers, you have direct access to your dedicated barrister throughout your case. We can therefore offer our services at very reasonable rates, because you do not have to pay for a solicitor, a paralegal or a solicitor’s secretary. Many cases can be resolved during the first court appearance, minimising the cost to you. Moreover, our fees are fixed; no hourly rates, no surprises.
The fees for court appearances are for attendance at courts in the Yorkshire and Humber. We do travel to courts further afield but there will be a charge for reasonable travel expenses.
